The agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Webtune Agency, the operator of Payout Atlas ("we", "us"). By visiting payoutatlas.com, activating an account, or signing in to a workspace, you accept these terms. If you are using Payout Atlas on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization and that the organization also accepts these terms.
Accounts and access
Payout Atlas is invitation-only. Accounts are created through private, one-time activation links issued by an organization owner or administrator. There is no public registration.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything done under your account.
- Activation links are private. Do not forward or publish them; each one can be used only once.
- Your account opens only the organizations assigned to it. Access is decided by the server on every request, and attempting to reach another organization's data is a violation of these terms.
- Tell us or your administrator promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
What the service does
Payout Atlas provides commission payout and chargeback estimation for organizations. Results are produced from the configuration your organization supplies, including its team structure, carrier list, and compensation rules, together with the statements it uploads. The organization controls that configuration, and the quality of any result depends on it.
Estimates are informational
Every figure Payout Atlas produces is an estimate, not a promise of payment. Actual compensation is governed by your agreements with your organization and its carriers, and those documents control if they differ from an estimate.
Payout Atlas does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Do not treat an estimate as advice; consult a qualified professional for decisions that depend on your compensation.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Probe, bypass, or test the service's access controls, or try to read data belonging to an organization that is not yours.
- Share your session, lend your account, or use another person's credentials.
- Scrape the service, overload it, or interfere with its operation.
- Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the service or any part of it.
- Upload content you do not have the right to use.
- Use the service to break the law.
We may suspend or remove access that violates this section, immediately and without notice, to protect other organizations.
Organization content
Statements, configuration, and calculation history uploaded to a workspace remain the property of the organization that uploaded them. By uploading, the organization grants us the limited right to store and process that content solely to operate the service for that organization.
The organization is responsible for having the rights to the content it uploads and for the accuracy of its own configuration. How we handle this content is described in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The Payout Atlas software, design, name, and compass mark belong to Webtune Agency. These terms give you the right to use the service as intended while your account is active. They do not transfer any ownership, and no other license is granted.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Payout Atlas available and accurate, but the service is provided without an uptime guarantee. We may add, change, or retire features, and we may suspend the service for maintenance or security. Where a change meaningfully reduces what an active organization can do, we will make reasonable efforts to give notice first.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that estimates will match amounts actually paid by any carrier or organization, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Webtune Agency will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost commissions, or lost data arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
To the same extent, our total liability for all claims related to the service is limited to the amount the organization paid for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars if no amount was paid.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time, and an organization may ask us to close its workspace. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or creates risk for the service or other organizations. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination, including sections 6, 7, 9, and 10, do survive.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the effective date at the top of this page changes with it. Continued use of the service after the effective date means the updated terms apply. If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to surface it in the product or by email.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and both sides consent to that venue.
